Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ No Customer Payments Accepted for Flight Bookings
Ay Bee Cee Trading provides flight comparison and redirection services only. We never accept, process, or hold any customer funds for airline tickets, hotel bookings, or travel packages. All flight purchases are made directly on third-party websites (airlines, OTAs). Therefore, we have no refund or cancellation authority over flight transactions. Any refund claims must be directed to the airline or booking platform where you made your purchase.
1. Flight Comparison Services – No Refunds
Our flight comparison tool is provided free of charge. You do not pay us for search results or price displays. As we collect zero payment for flights, we issue no refunds for flight-related issues. If you experience problems with a flight booking (cancellation, schedule change, overbooking), you must contact the airline or the online travel agency directly. We are not a party to that transaction and assume no liability.
2. Business Consultancy – Cancellation & Refund Terms
Our corporate consultancy service ($800 flat fee) is subject to the following cancellation and refund rules:
- Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your consultancy engagement within 7 calendar days of paying the advisory fee, provided no substantial work (document preparation, translations, notarizations) has commenced. A full refund minus a 5% administrative fee will be issued within 14 days.
- After Commencement: Once we begin legal document drafting, translation, or scheduling appointments with Uzbek authorities, the fee becomes non-refundable. We invest significant labor and partner costs upfront.
- Failure to Obtain State Approvals: If the Republic of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Justice or tax authorities deny your LLC registration through no fault of our advisory (e.g., due to your criminal record, incomplete personal documents, or changes in law), we do not refund the consulting fee. However, we will assist you in reapplying at no additional cost for up to 90 days.
- Client No-Show or Abandonment: If you cancel your trip to Tashkent after we have arranged airport reception, accommodation, and translator bookings, no refund will be issued for those logistical expenses already incurred.
3. How to Request a Refund (Consultancy Only)
To request a refund under the cooling-off period, email contact@aybeeceetrading.com with subject "Refund Request – [Your Name]" within 7 days of payment. Provide your WhatsApp number and proof of payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us to resolve a legitimate issue, we reserve the right to suspend all services, report the chargeback to credit bureaus where permitted, and pursue collection of any unpaid fees. We encourage direct communication before filing disputes.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performing our consultancy services resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government shutdowns, pandemics, or changes in Uzbek legislation. In such events, we will reschedule services at no extra cost rather than issue refunds.
