We strongly recommend verifying all details directly with the airline or final booking website before completing any purchase.

Zero Financial Liability: Under no circumstances shall Ay Bee Cee Trading be held liable for any flight cancellations, overbookings, baggage fees, visa denials, travel disruptions, or payment processing errors that occur on third-party websites. You assume all risks when leaving our platform.

3. Business Consultancy Services – Limited Engagement

We offer corporate consulting for Pakistani nationals seeking LLC registration and business setup in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our consultancy fee ($800 flat) covers strategic advisory, document translation support, local interpretation, and administrative logistics. We do not sell visas, guarantee state approvals, or operate as an employment agency. All sovereign state duties, notary tariffs, embassy visa fees, and official registration charges are paid directly by the client to the respective Uzbek government authorities.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities

By using our Services, you agree not to:

Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access our website for scraping or data extraction.
Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the proper working of our Services.
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when engaging our consultancy.
